Q. Why should I outsource?

A. Outsourcing is the best approach that health providers are using in order to get their billing completed timely and accurately. Outsourcing will free up valuable time for your office staff so that they can remain focused on patient care.

Q. How would I benefit from outsourcing?

A. Benefits from outsourcing would include, but are not limited to, continuous and consistent service (due to no vacation or sick days), no medical, dental, sick days, vacation or holiday benefits to pay, eliminate costs for training and continued education for office staff, no need for costly software or hardware fees.

A.  How can your services really help me?

Q.   If your office is not sufficiently staffed and problems such as turnover, illnesses, absences, and lack of knowledge have plagued your collections, then turning over your billing to an outside services can be the solution.  We keep your cash flow flowing - no more lapses during times when you are trying to rehire and train or when the staff is on vacation.  Our knowledge of claims processing makes us experts at getting your claims paid.

Q.  Can you be HIPAA Compliant when Outsourcing your billing?

A.  Yes, actually it's the best way because Billing Centers have to submit the proper claim format to be HIPAA compliant.  Also we can keep you up to date with new regulations.

Q.  How soon can you start billing?

A.  Right away, usually within a couple of days after signing the contract.  Commercial claims start electronically right away and government Claims (Medicare, Blue Cross) usually take 4-6 wks to file electronically BUT we will submit paper claims not to waste any time and keep money coming in.

Q.  Where do my checks go?

A.  You maintain complete control of your money.  The checks are sent directly to your office.  All we need is copies of those checks or Explanation of Benefits (EOB's) so that we can keep your account receivables accurate and up to date.
